The cottage was a real home from home with everything you could need. Mirren was a super host and responded very quickly to our questions . On street parking was not a problem. The welcome gifts were much appreciated after our journey. This was our 6th visit to Stratford but we will no longer be looking for anywhere else to stay in the future. This is the place for us.

We arrived and found everything as described. The wine. mini-rolls and milk were a lovely welcome gift. The information pack covered everything well for us. The dog bowls, treats and towels were very well received by our little dog. The beds were comfortable and the towels were big and fluffy! The property was very well equipped. The property is situated very close to the town. The parking was easy for us. We found a space easily, but it could be an issue during very busy times. The enclosed garden was great for our little dog to use. It was very rainy, so we didn't get to sit out and enjoy it, but it looked well equipped. Although a main road, we were not bothered by the traffic at night. We would thoroughly recommend this house to stay in Stratford.

Mirren was an excellent host. Excellent communication before and during the stay. She added a couple of requirements that we needed without any fuss. Highly recommend the cottage, the location and the host.

We highly recommend Baker’s Dozen in Stratford. Mirren is a great host - a very clear and responsive communicator. The house is excellent - great location near the centre of Stratford, and everything in the house including furnishings, bedding, bathroom furniture etc is of a very high quality.

From first contact to last good byes, it was an excellent experience. Mirren is a gracious and unobtrusive host. The house was immaculate and charming. The beds were comfy and the linen was quality. The bathroom deserves particular mention, it's layout makes perfect use of the space and leaves you with a sense of luxurious indulgence. The secret garden felt truly secluded and cosy. Everything was supplied including a selection of chargers and a charming forget-me-not box.
