an INCREDIBLEA find in Newport. My friends and I were looking for an affordable place during the half marathon weekend and we lucked out! The apartment was 1 mile from the start of the race, so we could walk there and back. Whitney was beyond responsive before and during the stay. it's surrounded by amazing resturants, grocery store, and a CVS. I was a little worried about parking but all of us found spots on King St perfectly fine. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee pot!! If I'm ever in Newport again I would definitely stay here again! Also have to check out the chocolate store below and grab some goodies!!

The apartment was just as described. The location is excellent, less than 1 block off of Bellevue. I was initially concerned about the parking situation but it was not a problem - the street that allowed longer parking was actually closer than indicated in the instructions. The only real down side was only having one seating option in the living room - an additional chair or love seat would be a huge improvement, and better cable options would also have been great as we didn't really go out in the evening too much, and our options were pretty limited in terms of what we could watch. Having said that I'd consider going back to this apartment again in the future.
