Wonderful secluded spot with a fantastic pool. Beautiful home ideally located 10 minutes from downtown Sag Harbor and 20 minutes from the ocean beaches of East Hampton. Short walk to beach on Peconic Bay. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The house is really beautiful, clean, fully furnished and conveniently located. Managing to chill by the pool at night after a long day out is everything you can ask for. Also, Andreas has been extremely responsive before and during our stay, it’s been a pleasure to stay at his place.

Andreas is an excellent host and quick to respond to questions. The property is very nice and tidy, big and secluded. The pool is spectacular and the heating system keeps it at perfect temperature 24/7. Our kids loved it.

What a good experience! And the house was immaculately clean, freshly painted, and exactly as described. If you are a swimmer, the pool is great for laps. Excellent location in Sag Harbor, private and serene but just a short drive into town.
