Beautiful location and a very nice old farmhouse, generally in good condition. The area is just beautiful and the view of Montepulciano priceless. A few caveats one should be aware. The farmhouse address is on a non digitialized location, meaning neither Google maps nor Apple or the built in Nav found the location. One needs to ask or just know. Also, I’d highly advise to not go there with a sportscar as the location is off-road with a dirt road in mediocre condition. My SUV was just right. The high ceiling of the rooms will be perfect for summer, but around Easter it is simply freezing cold and heating is being charged at typical prices in this area. Two issues that could and should be solved easily is the dogs and cats leaving their „dumplings“ all around the garden, entry door, outside seating etc. One needs to thread carefully in the beautiful garden to avoid stepping into it. Also, the fungus in one of the bathrooms in not acceptable

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Unterkunft und Aussicht auf Montepulciano. Der Pool war an heißen Tagen toll und wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. In der Küche war alles was man für ein komplettes Menü braucht. 👍🏻😌
The house is perfect if you want to relax. Kitchen is big and the beds are comfy. Pool is very good and kept clean. You are immerse in the typical and beautiful Tuscan hills and the house is next to a sheep farm and a vineyard. Minor the flies and mosquitos there is nothing else bothering you. The owners are very kind and genuine. You are 15 minutes drive from Montepulciano for all the necessities and dinners out
Stunning location and excellent proximity to beautiful Montepulciano and Vai d' Orcia wine country. If you enjoy a remote country location surrounded by real and authentic Tuscany, this place is for you. It is right next to a working sheep ranch where you can hear and witness the sounds and sights of this life.
