Braden was so accommodating and helpful. He always responded timely. We probably paid a bit more due to graduation than we would have at another time but a great space to rent for a large party.

A perfect place for a visit to Bloomington! Everything was as described, clean, spacious, fantastic outdoor space— and a wonderful host. We highly recommend!

Braden did a very nice job communicating with us before and during our stay. The house is conveniently located and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Prior to our arrival, Braden had let us know that one of the bathrooms might not be operable. When we arrived, it turned out to be the bathroom that was adjacent to three of the four bedrooms. Given that, our guests had to do downstairs (or enter the master bedroom) to use the bathroom. More concerning was the cleanliness of the home upon our arrival. Carpets were not consistently vacuumed. Countertops were not consistently wiped down. There was trash in several waste baskets. Both refrigerators were dirty. Two of the toilets had heavy stains and rust in the bowls and toilet seats. Several beds lacked top sheets. Several light bulbs were burnt out. Based on the prior reviews (which were fairly positive), we suspect there was some unusual circumstances that led to the experience we had. When informed of the situation, Braden acted as quickly as he could to have a cleaning crew arrive the next day. But by that time, 1/2 of our stay had gone by. Hopefully the house gets a deep cleaning before future visits.

Great house! Lots of space to accommodate any size group, small or large. Perfect location - quick drive to campus but enough distance to get a break from the chaos! Worked out perfect for family weekend since we were housing a tailgate - nice to have a full kitchen to prep for the day. The host was beyond accommodating and super responsive! Thanks Braden for the great stay!

The place was perfect for a large group. Lots of space in the basement to hang out. Patio area was really nice had access to the grill and the ability to put screens down to keep bugs out. Slept 9 of us easily. Host was extremely accommodating we ran into a situation with our initial Airbnb. great communication and saved our weekend.
