We stayed at Gian Luca's place with our two cats for two months. The place is very nice and spacious, clean and with all the amenities one may need, and located at a lively and friendly neighborhood. Gian-Luca was friendly, very easy to communicate with, and extremely accommodating with our needs. Would stay again and can definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely time at Gian-Luca's apartment. My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 days. The apartment is in a great location, close to a children's playground, grocery store, restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was generally clean except for some dust behind some of the furniture. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Gian-Luca was very responsive and easy to reach.

We had a nice stay at Gian-Luca's place. Check in and our were easy, Gian-Luca was always easy to communicate with and the apartment was as described, well equipped, nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again, so I can only recommend the place!

Wir hatten die Wohnung aufgrund eines Krankenhausaufenthaltes gemietet. Lage hierfür perfekt. Waren mit den Großeltern u zwei Kindern da. hierfür absolut zufriedenstellend mit der Größe der Wohnung. Küche gut u funktionell. Radio u Fernsehen vorhanden. gutes WLAN. Preis-Leistung super.
