We absolutely loved our stay at James’ place. It was perfect for two families. James (Jim) was incredibly responsive, with clear instructions more than a week out from our stay. Any questions I had were answered promptly. And when we made a request for an amenity we didn’t realize wasn’t at the house, his wife drove TWO HOURS to bring it to us. They were both such lovely hosts. As for the home itself, it’s super spacious, perfect for a larger group. The walk to the private beach isn’t fully sidewalk so the weekend shuttle bus was clutch and picked up right in front of the house. One note for families: If you’re traveling with small children, the stairs are a bit steep. There are baby gates upon request though! (That’s the amenity we forgot to ask for in advance). There’s also a high chair and pack n play, though we didn’t use them ourselves. Overall a great space for two families with kids ranging in age from 2 months to six years (with toddlers in between).

James is a great host! He was so quick to respond to our questions and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had to add on an extra day, and he was very accommodating!!! It was a great house to rent- we were able to fit 6 cars in the driveways too!! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, 2 bedooms, a bathroom and another living room downstairs, it was great for our young adults! They were able to get away from us whenever they wanted to!!

James’s house was exactly what we needed for my sister’s bachelorette. Plenty of space! He had all the necessities for the beach, including bikes to drop people off then bike over since there’s no beach parking. The patty garage, as we called it, was a nice bonus since we had people sleeping on the pull out couches in the other living areas. And the deck with outside shower was perfect!!! Would definitely stay there again!

My group just had 3 people but this home can accommodate 5 easily. Plenty of space, lovely outdoor area with 2 tables and a nice grill (did not use but looked nice). Clean house amd plenty of amenities. My dad liked the cable TV- few airbnbs have this now, instead they often have complicated streaming TVs. He was so happy to catch all the Red Sox games as if he was at home. Many airbnbs also claim to have functional kitchens yet are missing key pieces such as pans. The kitchen here was updated, spatious, and easy to cook in. Working AC and fans kept us cool. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Friendly host. I would book this house again!

James was a great host. Annually my friends and I take joint family vacations together and regularly rent hotels but we tried Airbnb this time and really lucked out. It was just like home extremely close to private beach and made some great memories with the kids definitely a place to go back again. The garage game room was a bonus for the kids! Anyone looking at this location should snap it up right away if not your losing out on a great place
