Everything is perfect: friendly host, sweety dog, and comfortable room. Maria has excellent cooking skills in vegan food. I have an impressive experience there. Reasonable price and nearby the JHU campus with 5mins walking distance, and I have to say the area is safe. If you are also a student looking for a place to short-rent, I will recommend this place to you.

Maria is a treasure and a gracious host. Her communication was excellent, but I'd recommend making plans for the check in process before the day you plan to check in (my bad) as it is not keyless entry. Chiquita is a sweetie and loves to give big hugs. Maria's place fit my needs perfectly, but dear sweet Chiquita left a lot of her calling card (read: dog hair) in the bathtub. The room itself was clean and the bed was super comfy. Thanks again for sharing your space, Maria!

Maria’s spot is exactly where you want to be. Walkable to everything you could need. Air conditioning and right next door to a wonderful park. Will definitely stay again!
