Located in a quiet desert community 15 minutes from Palm Springs, 30 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and 35 min to Coachella. This home is perfect for a couple’s retreat or a small group of friends (6 or less) looking to enjoy the warm desert breeze, refreshing private pool or brisk hikes. With the exception of the garage, the entire home is yours to enjoy. Kitchen: Drip coffee maker Keurig Coffee machine, blender, oven, microwave oven, toaster oven and toaster. Typical utensils for eating and preparing food. 2 pots, 2 pans, salad bowl. Wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee mugs and plastic tumblers. Bedroom 1: King bed with private bathroom, shower and bathtub. Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom with private bathroom and shower. Bedroom 3/Office: Full size sleeper Sofa bed. Pool: Cleaned twice a week but with strong winds you find leaves. Swim at your own risk. I strongly encourage guests to never swim alone and never leave children unattended not even for 1 second. The pool has no safety fencing or lifeguard. Pets not allowed in Pool. By renting my home, being a guest of the renter you absolve me, the owner, of liability due to injury or death. The pool is unheated. The temperature of the pool is based on the coldest temperature of the day. *** Pool heating is available for a fee of $60 per night with 72-hour advance request required. *** Gas Grill: The gas grill uses propane. I do reimburse the refill.
