My wife and I stayed at Matteo's apartment for 5 months so we feel we can leave a proper long stay review. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and Matteo lives in the building on the 3rd. Therefore, he is readily able to assist any needs during your stay but is never intrusive. He speaks excellent English and is very kind. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Especially the bedroom. We felt right at home. The building was kept spotless, and all the neighbors were very friendly. The apartment being in the Corvetto neighborhood is located about a 15-minute metro ride to the city center. So it's close but far enough away that you feel you aren't in the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood has plenty of bars and restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. There are two, Conad and Carrefour, at your doorstep. The kitchen is stocked well for a long-term stay,and there are plenty of bed linens and towels. We would be happy to stay again and highly recommend!

Matteo’s apartment is perfect if you want to explore Milano, as it is very close to the subway! The space is exactly what I needed for one month in Milano. Matteo was very responsive & helpful. I would recommend to a friend!

The place absolutely felt like home - it had everything we needed and Matteo is an excellent host. He recommended us where to shop groceries from and even provided us with a desk and a new vacuum cleaner. The location is perfect as it is 1 min walk from the metro, 1 min from some markets and 3 min from 24/7 open Carrefour. The apartment is equipped with air conditioner and fans which are life savers for the summer heat. This is the perfect place for long term stays

Metro is super close. You can reach city centre in 15min. The apartment is also close to Linate airport. Corso Lodi is one of the main streets in Milan. Therefore it is always busy and somewhat loud. Supermarkets are very close which is comfortable. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours every once in a while. The apartment has AC, which was very comfortable during the summer time. Matteo is very kind and helping. Communication is very easy and he helps very fast if you need assistance. Further, he arranged a cleaning person since I was staying long-term. All in all, the apartment is fair priced for Milan and location.

My friend and I stayed for 3 months and it is definitely the best apartment we could’ve chosen. The apartment is spacious, practical and located near the M3 metro station and supermarkets. Matteo has a very good communication and helped us when we needed it. I would recommend anyone who wants to come to Milano to chose this place. :)
