Unique design of property was perfect for our plan. We wanted our whole family (seven adults) under one roof and this property was ideal for everyone to have their privacy as well as shared space. Kitchen worked well too - we never went out for a meal!

This Laguna Beach home is beautiful and inviting. The space is very well equipped and designed for comfort. Plenty of privacy for all guests on multiple floors. Much natural light throughout the home. The outside spaces are so relaxing and fun to use with an gorgeous view. The location is private and quiet yet so close to all that Laguna has to offer. The host makes you feel welcomed and at ease. This home is beyond special.

Karen’s home is truly a sanctuary! Nestled in the hills above Laguna Beach, the home boasts panoramic Pacific views from just about every room. For our family, the house was definitely walkable to town and to the beach. However, I would recommend a car/Lyft if you have difficulty with hills/incline or prefer a more chill vacation. Karen is incredibly gracious and responsive, so it really did feel like we were checking into a second home with stellar amenities. Karen is a working artist - so expect a feast for the eyes around every corner! We just loved the homey and welcoming feel of this property and will definitely request to stay here on all our future trips to LB. A side note about Laguna Beach: beachfront and in-town places are certainly convenient, BUT town and beach are pretty bustling, even in the off-season. We love the energy of town and beach, but the views aren’t comparable to the views in the hills - especially at Karen’s place - and you cannot beat the peacefulness!
