Solo estuvimos una noche. El alojamiento estaba bien (ubicación, servicios, etc) e Isabella atenta en todo momento por si hacia falta alguna cosa.

Positives - beautiful pictureous location, huge place for 4/5. On the top of hill overlooking sea. Huge porch for relaxation. Negatives- Amenities - hotch poch of items in kitchen, not well thought of. Had washer but she charges for doing laundry, need to buy token from her. Never seen AirBNB where you have to pay for laundry. Internet- bad. I was visiting Gela for work. Couldn’t do my work. All she need is WiFi Mesh, that could improve WiFi signal. I stayed on the bottom, only one access for in and out. No cross flow of air. Lastly - road going there is rough gravel road, I was worried for flat on my car.

We verbleven dagen in het bovenste appartement dat een eigen trap buitenom het huis heeft. Dit appartement heeft aan de zeezijde (niet hoge) ramen over de gehele zijde, waardoor je een prachtig uitzicht hebt maar toch nauwelijks de hitte van de zon ervaart. Het is een ruim appartement met goede wifi. De zee is op loopafstand. We hebben zeer genoten van het stille strand en de zee. Achteraf hadden we langer kunnen blijven want het is denken we een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Piazza Armerina en het bergdorp Caltagirone. Isabelle is een fijne gastvrouw, behulpzaam bij aankomst en die haar best doet om je vragen te beantwoorden met hulp van een vertaal-app.

We had a great stay at Isabella's house. It is the perfect place for anyone who wants a quiet stay and the opportunity to be right by the sea. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes just down the hill and the beach is waiting with white sand. We made a lot of walks (2-5km) to the left and the right and you can find spots there you are completely alone, but also beach bars if you like. The accommodation is huge and very comfortable even in summer. The sanitary facilities are adequate and include a toilet and shower in a small bathroom - that's all you need. The kitchen has everything from cooker to hot plate and the fridge is enough for a whole family. Isabella takes good care of the guests and we always had enough towels. We even got a small welcome gift, which is great when you arrive late at night and haven't been shopping yet. To make this short: This is a great place to be and the perfect starting point for excursions to the surrounding cities or walks along the beach side. Isabella is a great host!
