Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem sehr gemütlichen Chalet. Die Alleinlage ist traumhaft. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll versorgt von Angelica und von Federico. Verwöhnt mit leckeren italienischen Gerichten zum Abendessen, aber auch mit heißem Tee nach dem Skifahren. Wir haben die Natur, das gemütliche Chalet und die Entspannung sehr genossen und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. Vielen Dank, dass wir diese schöne Woche erleben durften!

Un vrai retour aux sources dans un chalet accueillant paisible et charmant! Angelica, la fille de Barbara était très sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous et de très bons conseils quant au domaine skiable. Nous avons grand plaisir à goûter aux plats locaux préparés par Angelica le soir après le ski! Les bouillottes dans le lit le soir était une attention qui nous a fort touchée. Quel bonheur de déconnecter dans ce lieu plein de charme et de simplicité. Encore merci pour tout! Nous recommandons de tout cœur ce logement

This is a wonderful old chalet, a family home, quite unique. Developed at this site in the 1960s, a much older ~1870 interior has been put into this old cowshed, with amazing effect, and created a unique family home. It is very unusual to be trusted to use a place like this, and allowed to use candles and light fires, to warm water or cook food. There is battery power for some hours, to charge phones, and there are electric lights all day/night available in some rooms. Also a lot of use of torches or candles which creates a very nice atmosphere. The building is alone, on its own Alpe, aside from the neighbouring dairy farm, and two hotels further up the valley, one of which was closed in the summer, and the other of which had no guests when we were there, so it was just us and the one farmer on the whole Alpe at night, which was a great privilege in a place this beautiful. The local walks are very stunning, and much more uncrowded than in Val Gardena. A great stay

This is a very special place and I want to thank Barbara for letting me stay for a month. You can step out of the modern world for a while and enjoy the peace of a mountain landscape. The house is a unique experience but it is also next to a fantastic ski area. I enjoyed mornings doing yoga on the balcony , sipped freshly brewed coffee in the sun and enjoyed snowy walks in solitude. Not a typical ski holiday - but so much more . Grazie Barbara xx

What a truly magical place. The cabin was, for us, exactly the sort of place we love to escape too...candle light ambience & partial off-grid escapism. With snow tyres we were able to reach the cabin on the single track without any problems. We were looked after beyond any expectations by Alice (Barbara’s daughter). She was so accommodating to ensure we had a wonderful holiday! She kept the cabin beautifully clean & tidy, the fires fuelled for warmth & hot water & provided us with delicious meals on request. She was the perfect host & we will miss her discreet attentiveness! The skiing was amazingly extensive, with lifts just a 5 minute walk from our cabin, so we had a fantastic week of skiing & made all the more perfect for our accommodation. Thank you so much!
