The Place was fantastic and very clean., all the rooms were spacious and beautiful.. Was a pleasant 10mins walk to the conference centre. Close to takeaways restaurant and shops.. The hosts are amazing and very quick to respond. Early check in and late check out was an added bonus. Even left us a welcome snack basket. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you James

Accommodation suited us well just a shame it was a little tired and needed extra cleaning. Found open food left behind from previous stay as well as under garments left in bedroom. Windows and front garden looked nothing like the pictures and needed attention. Welcome pack very poor as usually you would expect unopened milk, butter and bread. Overall it just needed attention

We loved staying in James house. We were 7 friends away for a long weekend. The house was perfect for our group we loved the space over 4 floors the basement room was perfect for chilling altogether. The house felt spacious. The bedrooms large and airy. Fab out door space too. The town centre was an easy 15 min walk Harrogate itself is so lovely. The local shops were very convenient we used the Sainsbury local literally a minute walk and there were bars and takeaways on our doorstep too. Parking extremely easy. James allowed both early and late check in check out which made all the difference to our stay so thank you for that We would certainly stay here again

James' place was ideal base to explore the dales by car and Harrogate by foot, really comfortable and child friendly which was perfect
