This house was extremely clean, well-provisioned, and comfortable. Marshall was exceptionally responsive when I had questions. Great location. Thumbs up!

Lots of windows which makes place full of light all day long. Partial bay views. Comfy chair by gas fireplace for chilly mornings. Easy walk to Embarcadero and Main Street. The kitchen is well-equipped. Main living area has a big desk and comfortable chair for remote work. There are two outdoor spaces, one with a partial bay view. The bedroom doesn’t have a door; it has a curtain instead. Host was immediately responsive when the internet went out for a short period. Loved the space and location!

We love this place! We’ve stayed before and we’re already looking forward to when we can return. Marshall is a great host and the space is so comfortable, with everything we needed to prepare meals (lovely patio dining available!), sleep (super comfy bed), and hang out (comfortable furniture and plenty of space)! And there’s so much to do in this area—it really is great to have such a nice place to stay while visiting the otters, elephant seals and monarchs!

Spacious, quiet place in a great neighborhood. Comfortable in every room. Well outfitted kitchen. Marshall was a great host. Would stay there again.

Had a great time staying at Marshall’s place! Beautiful view, very comfortable and had a nice workstation for since I had some work to do. Marshall communicated well and stopped by to help out with fireplace.
