très bien situé quand on est a pied . 5 étages ça garde la forme et ce fais sans problème même avec les courses . petit bémol sur la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine et la sdb... douche a refaire je pense car même en fessant très attention ... on inonde tout ...jusque sous la porte . n ayant pas eu de chance avec le temps bcp d infiltration d eau par les porte fenêtre ainsi que dans la cage d escalier . hôte très sympathique et réactif . bel appartement. .... qui mériterait un peu plus d équipement .. ( pince a linge barbecue poêle ) .

We stayed 4 days at the flat and enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the beach and everything needed is nearby, as the flat is located in a busy area with lots of shops and small supermarkets. The shower, is only separated by a wall on one side (the ground of the shower is the floor of the washroom), this however is pretty common and often the case in Hammamet. On windy days it can be noisy at night. All in all, it's a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of Hammamet.

The apartment is well equipped for a short summer get-away. It is located on the 5th floor and although there’s no elevator, it’s a good work out and worth having the rooftop to yourself. Nearby you also have a grocery store for all your needs, coffee shops, restaurants, and a beautiful beach (within 10min walking). It’s close to all the main attractions! Wissem was very flexible and responsive with the check in and check out times. Would stay here again !
