Jay's place was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We requested an earlier check in and the housekeeper, Dumiriano, was at the bungalow for our arrival at 1pm. He was very helpful and kept the bungalow very clean as & when we required it. Great location for access to the beach which was pretty much a 5 minute walk. The advise & info Jay provided was very helpful especially when we wanted to hire a car. A very relaxing stay here.

I stayed at the bungalow bougainvillea #27 and it’s a gorgeous property!I stayed there for 2 nights and wished I had stayed longer there..those looking for longer stays can book it without a doubt..apart from the fact that it’s just minutes away from one of the most amazing beaches in Goa (mobor) the property is tranquil..after staying in hotels and resorts in our trip me,my mom and sister really loved the freedom and privacy we had here..those with pets will also like the property(there are few dogs in the property as well and in beaches also so plan accordingly) The instructions provided by the host are very detailed and accurate..he is also very responsive so no worries there..plus the caretaker Mr Dumiriano is also very helpful and he showed me the shortcuts to the beach and pool on our arrival and he also gave recommendations for activities which you can do there..so you can also ask him about local flavour.. Thank you Jay for being a thoughtful host!will definitely book again!

I loved this place so much, I came back again this year. Jay is very good at communicating. Dias keeps the place spotlessly clean and is very attentive to the guests. The new mattress is so comfortable, I wanted to take it home with me!
