亚龙路（ Yarrong Road ）的四卧海滩别墅，适合携带宠物入住，步行仅需几分钟即可到达海滩、酒店和商店。 四卧室海滨别墅，配有宽敞的甲板，距离圆柱形海滩、斯特拉迪酒店、商店和公共交通仅几步之遥。 此房源已彻底翻修（ 2012年11月竣工） ，基本上是一座全新的现代风格海滨别墅。 顶层是休息室、厨房用餐区、两间卧室、一间浴室和一个宽敞的露台，可欣赏美丽的海景和灌木丛景观。 甲板上有一个观鲸塔，可以欣赏到更多令人惊叹的水景。内部楼梯通往楼下，楼下有两间卧室和第二个宽敞的起居区，可通往另一个阳台，还可欣赏海景。 这层楼还有洗衣房和第三间浴室。 特点： 4间卧室（ 3张标准双人床、2张单人床、3间浴室、2台彩色电视、2台DVD播放器、CD播放器、洗碗机、微波炉、「Nespresso」咖啡机、洗衣机、顶层甲板上的燃气烧烤。 为您的入住提供床上用品和床铺。 允许携带宠物（仅允许在外面携带宠物，房源内禁止围栏，楼下露台有门禁）。

This was a great house for large family groups, unfortunately, the maintenance has been let go. We had problems with the roof leaking in several places upstairs including over the couch. If you are after a layback house & don't mind it being a bit tied this home is great.
If you need a big house in a beautiful location that is pet friendly ... and don't mind a bit of property neglect...this place may work for you. Expect the occasional visit from a tradie or the owner and a drone, as we did on the eve of an 80th birthday lunch. BBQ was clean for us, some dog hair about and the doors downstairs don't lock. The good news is, I got to show the owner the broken bits. He blamed the agent. They blamed the island workforce skills shortage. We had a nice time. No real complaints other than the above.

Awesome stay, beautiful views and very clean
Ray White were very helpful and easy to deal with 👍. The house had heaps of space and is in a great location but needs some maintenance and a good spring clean.
