You couldn’t hope to meet a kinder, more gracious host than Eric. Every single detail was thoughtfully addressed from the moment we first checked in until the time we checked out. Eric is always personable, available, warm, and sincere. He clearly enjoys getting to host people from all over the world, and he had wonderful stories to share from his own travels. Spend at least a full weekend here, and bring a bottle of wine or other refreshments for porch time. If you’re lucky, Eric and Tru might even join in! Also, be sure to show up for breakfast! Everything was homemade and top notch - the mushrooms were a particular favorite! We had a perfect weekend at the Hummingbird Inn thanks to Eric (and Tru!), and we can’t wait to come back for another visit.

What a beautiful inn! Every detail is so thoughtful. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are sparkling clean. Eric is a terrific host and will make your stay comfortable and fun. I highly recommend the Hummingbird Inn. Great restaurants within walking distance, too. My husband and I can't wait to stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. Eric’s hospitality was second to none. The breakfast was incredible: homemade, unique and delicious! A perfectly cozy place to spend a weekend. Would definitely stay again.

This bed and breakfast was absolutely perfect! Eric was so friendly and welcoming, the home is gorgeous, quaint and so charming. Breakfast was delicious and he was able to make food preference accommodations. Such a wonderful experience and trip! Highly recommend

There are no words to describe the wonderful experience of staying at this inn. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you can sense the magic that lies beyond the threshold. Eric and his sweet dog are the perfect hosts and you will leave after your stay with a radiant smile on your face and a plan in mind to return, I guarantee it.
