Igor was great to work with. He helped us to find a rental when the one we agreed on was double booked. The communication was great. However the rental in the pictures is not the rental that we received. It shows the correct number on the house but the outside didn't look like that either. The rental was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked. We were just very disappointed that it was not as nice as the pictures showed it to be. Especially knowing that we paid more thinking it was nicer than others we had looked at.

Place was awesome and clean...the room we got wasn’t the picture on AirBnB but that didn’t really matter because the room was still very nice. Would stay there again!

This was my first Airbnb experience and Igor made it a great one. I traveled with my wife and two kids. While I was traveling on business and I needed a quiet place to rest after my meetings, my kids wanted amenities. This place was both quiet, friendly and packed with plenty things to do. Beautiful place, friendly staff, courteous and extremely helpful. Igor answered all my questions very quickly and displayed a real effort so we could had a good, smooth experience, and we indeed did. When visiting Williamsburg in the future, I would definitely Airbnb it with Igor. Our expectations were exceeded. Thanks for providing quality for us. We are very grateful.

The resort was crowded at check in and some staff could become irritated with guests quickly. The rooms were not ready and when they supposedly were, they again were not and no upgrade or any other option was given other than to continue to change rooms. Igor was good and tried to help at all times. Would rent from him again, just not at this resort!!
