Everything was as advertised. Communication and info was good. House was clean and we left it in good order. The only but main complaint we had is when I first registered, I felt that the price went from $400+ to $592 in a matter of a couple of hours (while I was doing some 'shopping'). I also feel that $200 for cleaning is excessive, especially noting that renters are now responsible for helping to clean (as we did) and leave in good shape for next guests. If 'this' becomes the way of doing business, Air BNB will lose us in the future.

This cabin is such a magical place and wished we could stay longer! The experience was amazing, the cabin super clean, and it's close enough to town, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful oasis. The river sparkles, literally, and there is so much to do from the hiking trails, Cornhole, disc golf, and the playground. I can only imagine what it's like in the summer. The pictures do no justice. Just book the place and experience it and you'll know what we are talking about. Waking up to river views and going to sleep with river views, you just can't get better than this!! Would definitely love to book during the summer or early fall to experience the water tubing or fishing.

The beautiful, private location beside the river was amazing, and the house was wonderful and comfortable. We loved the views and we had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Thank you for an excellent stay in every way!
