The Elm Cottage felt like home, the styling in the barn is just gorgeous! The doors open up to a stunning little yard aswell. The room was stocked up with food which was handy and easily accessible. Loved our stay here!

A lovely cottage in a quiet historic township. The cottage garden is beautiful and tranquil. Gorgeous breakfast provisions, with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, coffee et.c., If you want a classy mini-break, Elm Cottage is definitely the place to go. Truly 5 Stars

This place is not just accommodation. It’s an experience for the senses. It takes you to another world whether you are inside the beautiful barn or out in the glorious and well sort out gardens. We only stayed one night sadly however had we have stayed longer I’m sure we would’ve noticed even more details at this beautiful property. attention to detail was outstanding so much so that we think we will visit each year for our wedding anniversary

It was just what we needed - my husbands sister & her daughter drove up from the Derwent valley to have afternoon tea for his birthday We had a wonderful time wandering up the High St looking at all the amazing shops & galleries before returning to Elm Cottage to prepare & share a platter of tassie products we had brought with us. Rhondas complimentary breakfast was amazing. After our guests left we had sufficient food for the two of us to have our evening meal as well as breakfast the next morning. (Thanks to the chooks for their contribution as well)
