The location was superb and it was very convenient as it was near the famous 7-11 and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It's just beside San Juan Surf Resort, which is already a few steps to the beach. Note: there are stairs involved to get to this room. The double bed was comfortable, the aircon was cold. Place looks cozy, neat, and tidy. It had everything you would need: fridge, plates, utensils, cookware, towels, even a washing machine. They also provided drinking water. Some downsides: We saw tiny cockroaches around the sink area and in the cabinet. Also, we constantly heard loud footsteps from the room above us, even at night. The noise only stopped when the guests checked out. On weekends, party music can be heard until around 12am or 1am, but the noise died down afterwards. We recommend that you book this place if you prefer convenience, a superb location with complete amenities and cold aircon, and you're not light sleepers / you're not easily wakened up by noise.

We loved our stay here! There's washing machine w/ dryer, refrigerator w/ free cold water in a pitcher and it's also free refill (this is one of the things we'd like cause it's too hot in elyu & you'll need water all the time! we'll bring tumbler next time), there's also basic utensils and cookware, and of course a hot & cold shower! Ate Imelda was also accommodating and responsive. Place is also good as it's near the famous 7-11 in elyu, near the beach and good resto. But we also noticed that the wifi connection was going on off intermittently but we don't mind. And also the thing that bothered us a lot was the noise on the room above us, tho we're not sure if they are also guests but they are so loud. We heard loud footsteps and other inconvenient noise especially at midnight. Room also has small cockroaches and you can only see this at night, we saw that it is coming through the kitchen sink, but it's okay. Overall, we highly recommend this place and we'll definitely come back.

Ms. Maricris and Ms. Imelda were really responsive whenever we had questions. The place was super clean and looked just like the pictures, so we knew what to expect. And it was really easy to get there, which was perfect for anyone who wanted a trip. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this place!
