Typical apartment few steps away from the Duomo, close to all the main attractions. The living area is separated from the bedroom. It is located in an historical building quiet and calm. Easy access to wi-fi and air conditioning. Just 2 minutes walk from the Duomo, the apartment is located on the second floor of an historical building without elevator. It's a very cozy apartment with all the comforts that mixes a modern style with the typical Tuscan terracotta floors. In the living area you will find the dining room, the kitchenette and the living room with a double sofa bed ready to be used if needed and a smart tv - you can access to all the apps with your personal accounts. The bedroom has a double bed queen size with a very comfortable matress and a wardrobe - bathroom access from the bedroom. Daylight comes in through the windows that face the courtyard; if you would like to enjoy your sleep you can close the shadows and have all the privacy you need. In the dining area you will find all the equipment in the shelves (glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, stoves), inductions hobs and a sink. We also provide a Nescafè coffee machine and some pods.

地理位置优越没有电梯携带大行李的话可能比较不方便

这个公寓的地理位置非常卓越：从火车站走过来20分钟不到，路上会经过圣洛伦佐教堂和中央市场。公寓对面就是美第奇宫。从公寓出来走1分钟就到了百花圣母教堂。从公寓出发，无论是往北到学院美术馆、还是往南到百花圣母教堂、旧宫、尤菲斯美术馆等都很方便。优越的地理位置为我们参观佛罗伦萨节省了很多时间。此外，附近有不少Tripadvisor推荐的餐厅。公寓在一座老楼的第二层楼，没有电梯，带着大件行李上楼有些挑战。公寓的设计很时尚、简洁。物品很齐全，厨房用具有很多，电磁炉火力很大，做饭没有问题。有热水壶，满足中国人喝热水的需求。厕所用品齐全，我们居住的很舒适。公寓内部的层高比较矮、有些压抑，采光也不好、比较暗。不过因为我们大部分时间在外面玩，所以这些问题并没有影响我们。公寓的沙发床很大，而且很容易打开。不过沙发床的弹簧声音稍微有点大，翻身会有响声。厕所在主卧室里面，住外面沙发的话晚上上厕所不是那么方便。空调压缩机在主卧室里，有时候运作会有一些声音，不过没有影响我们。公寓的电视机是高档的曲面电视机，除了当地电视之外，还能联网看netflex和上网看youtube。佛罗伦萨的7月非常酷热，我们连着两天的下午都躲在房间看电视，我爸妈很开心。公寓由楼下的一家旅行社经营，我们办理入住很方便。走的那一天还让我们把行李存放在旅行社里，非常感谢。入住的时候，房东还准备了果汁、饼干。佛罗伦萨蚊子很多，房东准备了电蚊香，很贴心。我们推荐来佛罗伦萨的游客，尤其是夫妻或者情侣，来住这里。

Nos encantó la ubicación del apartamento, por eso lo elegimos el primer lugar. Estaba limpio y ordenado, pueden caminar desde allí y llegar a las plaza y monumentos representativos, tiene lugares cerca para comer, supermercados. Instrucciones claras y buena comunicación. Recomendado, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Unesco Area, in front of Palazzo Medici Riccardi, in one of the major streets.
We are very close to all the main attractions
Dome, Giotto tower and Baptistery (2 minutes walk)
Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio (15 minutes walk)
Accademia Gallery (2 minutes walk)
San Lorenzo and Central Market (5 minutes walk)
In the neighbourhood you can find lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets ("Pam" 100 meters from the building entrance)
We are just 15 minutes walk from the train station (and tram stop) and very close to San Marco Square and Santissima Annunziata square, important for buses and taxis.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic limited) area, so to enter by car you have to park in one of the private parking lots near the apartment so that they can register your license plate with the municipality and not incur in fines.
