Wonderful stay right on the beach! King sized bed was super comfortable, lots of extra blankets and pillows and a well equipped kitchen.

This was the second time staying at Bob’s location. Just like the first time, it did not disappoint! We love the location and seeing the sun rise in the morning. We look forward to coming back next year!

My family and I loved this condo and our stay in oc and we will most likely be coming back and getting this condo again next year!

We stayed here from 9/22-9/24 when tropical storm Ophelia hit the East coast. The wind and waves were angry but the oceanfront view gave us front row seats to nature's big show. The condo was VERY clean, including the floors. I could walk around barefoot & not feel grimy or disgusting. It is a small place large enough for a family of 4; I wouldn't want more than 4 because guests would have to sleep on the pull-out couch and interfere with common spaces, like the LR and kitchen. The location was perfect; we were steps from the beach & the balcony view was amazing with the dunes and the beach views. There were plenty of bath towels for everyone, & the beds were comfortable. Need to know before you go: a hair dryer is supplied, body soap & shampoo is provided, but NO conditioner. The cable was the MOST BASIC cable & there was nothing to watch (I know people usually go to the beach to enjoy the beach, but you need some entertainment with a deluge outside.) We will definitely be back!
