We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the loft in a very beautiful house. The property was wonderful - clean, quiet and private, and we will definitely miss waking up to sounds of the rooster and seeing the sheep each day. The baked goods, coffee/tea were also delicious and thoughtful, and the place is decorated with heart. We would be happy to return!

Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Will book again, if in the area. Very comfortable and cozy stay. There are also adorable sheep on the property 🥹.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. It’s a quick drive to many towns and areas with shops and restaurants.

Robert had an immaculate home filled with Christmas spirit for our stay during the holidays. The house was quiet, well appointed, and had many thoughtful touches in and around the house. Having a large Christmas tree with presents around also didn't hurt! Great For: 1) Chickens and Sheep on property with a rooster waking you in the morning 2) Very quiet and Cozy space with great furnishings 3) Small thoughtful snacks provided to ease you into the day 4) Close to all things Woodstock, Kingston, and the Catskills

Robert’s place is pure perfection. Super clean and decorated beautifully. We stayed in December and everything was decorated for Christmas. We even have a beautiful Christmas tree. He provided fresh baked breads, fruit, yogurt, milk and coffee . Everything we needed to start our day. We loved the sheep and chickens on the property and how quiet and cozy it was. We enjoyed everything about Robert’s place and would highly recommend it.
