We had a great family holiday (kids 12 &14 yrs) in this gorgeous house. Helen and Pete were fantastic hosts- it was brilliant to have them on hand with great local tips and lovely to chat about Spanish life. We were very comfortable l & happy in this fab home enjoying lots of star gazing swims. Our son declared it the best holiday home ever. (Pringle the dog and a beautiful pool might have had something to do with that!) The house is a destination in itself to enjoy. Spacious, good wi-fi, great rustic decor, large en suites and endless shady corners and patio spots. We never tired of the restful mountain views but loved being so well placed to explore. We were very lazy but still enjoyed trips involving: art from Neolithic to Picasso, botanical gardens, crocodiles and the Moorish splendour of Alhambra. Just driving about was a treat in itself. The track to the house is quite stony & steep but we quite enjoyed it as part of the experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend a stay!

Lo Baena is a very special place. A lovely home, beautifully decorated in an exquisite setting. We are a family of 4 with two teenage daughters who loved the peace and tranquility that the location offered as well as the stunning pool. Close enough to Malaga for great outings but far enough away to escape the world and to unwind. Helen and Peter were incredible hosts, mindful of our privacy but on hand should we need anything. We highly recommend a stay at Lo Baena!

We’ve just returned from the most fantastic two weeks at Helen and Peter’s house. I travelled with my husband, our three children (12,10,5) and my parents. The house is beyond special! Everything was spotlessly clean and the house is so beautifully designed - everything you could possibly need is there and has been thought of! The pool is beautiful and the views are incredible. We loved the peaceful location and the space. The house has so many lovely areas for the kids to explore too! The house is spacious and although the photos are fantastic, the house is even better in real life! Helen and Peter were so lovely and so helpful when we needed anything but we also had complete privacy for the duration of the holiday. We had the absolute best time and we really hope to be able to go back. It was a fantastic two weeks!

Lovely place with lovely hosts set in the mountains with glorious views all around. The space was excellent, well kitted out and lots of really relaxing outside seating areas and a great pool. Good size bedrooms with comfy beds- where we would fall asleep listening to the sound of the ‘submarine’ owl at night! Would love to come and stay again

Helen and Pete were great hosts, their home is a work of art, the attention to detail is incredible. I spent the first 2 weeks there with a few members of our team, and the last week with my family. Everyone absolutely loved it, highly recommended. Thank you Helen and Pete!
