We really enjoyed our visit - great historic place with plenty to do in the downtown area.

First off, the doors were locked. Couldn't get in once inside. We were taken upstairs to our room. She gave us our key and left. I immediately noticed it was freezing in there. Checked the thermostat, and it was 65 degrees. That's fine if you wanna keep it that cold when you don't have guests coming, but BRR!!! Then the next problem was the wifi. The password wouldn't work. I messaged the owner, but there was no response. So, by that time is was time to go down for our dinner reservations. Which was good but highly expensive. So now we are going to go back to the room and try the wifi again. Nope, it's not happening, and still no response from the owner. So I go down to the restaurant, and she says she will reset it, and am I using the correct password-------. We'll it wasn't the same one that was left for us. So good now we have wifi. Then, the next problem only one plug-in works. My husband has to use a cpap machine, so off to the store to buy an extension cord. No happy customer!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Inn. Our check in was ok - a bit of miscommunication but the Chef of the restaurant found us and helped us out. Chef Anthony is simply the best and not just the food. He was so welcoming on the first day as he gave us a tour and told us all kinds of fun stories. We had dinner in the Crypt room on Saturday and he, along with all the staff, made sure our evening was special. We had the best time with the restaurant staff and can't say enough about them all. Even when it was super busy and Julie was slammed, she was fun, polite and held it all together. And Michael....well, he was just plain hysterical and fun! We have high hopes the restaurant will continue to change for the better and have an amazing future. Our family (cousins and spouses) are so thankful we found Bryan Ohio as it is half way between all of us. Very cool place! We loved the Inn and the town so much!

My husband found Father John's Brewery on a travel page and mentioned that it looked cool. I decided to plan a surprise visit for his birthday with out of state friends. I was very excited when I realized that there were attached accommodations. Nikki was a great host and vey responsive. She was so helpful and flexible with our arrival time and keeping the surprise. The rooms were lovely and we ended up having the entire common area to ourselves. It is within walking distance of the downtown area and local coffee shops. The only downside had to do with the restaurant where our server was frankly awkward and it took over two hours from when we arrived to get our food. I have no complaints about the food itself it was excellent but due to waiting so long for our food we were not able to do other things with our evening. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

Wonderful host! Bed was much smaller than expected and very springy. Loved the view from our room. Bathroom was not as private being that you could see people in the bathroom just not clearly and there was not a lot of curtain over the bathroom window. Just thankful we were only there with another couple. Restaurant was great, staff were exceptional, and overall great experience!!
