If it had been pricier I would have given less stars, but overall, I got value for my money. The bed was clean and I had a good sleep. Fridge, hot shower, electric kettle were provided but NO cook-top (there is a 24h BBQ place 7 min ride). It is really comfy that I could rent a scooter too and access anything easy. If I am in the city I would probably stay there again BUT: - The suite is really dark and should have much brighter wall painting and a bit of maintenance - When I used a wet wipe on the counter-top or floor it turned brown right away, they should clean a bit better. - Ants and mosquito tend to be a problem (host eliminated them right away when I mentioned) - Internet is an issue. Both the WIFI and Globe signal is just enough to send text messages, web pages open up very slowly.

Granted I didn't read the described amenities correctly, though the picture of the portable stove-top and water cooler in the kitchen was very misleading when I booked. I recommend they update their picture of the kitchen and remove these items in future. Mind you, a water cooler is available at reception up on level 1. The WiFi would only work when you stood next to the sink, or anywhere else along that wall. In comparison, l am finding WiFi on a remote farm in Camiguin better right now. l can understand that this place is desribed as new on Air BnB, there just needs to be some basic improvement regarding the above. I'll look elsewhere in future
