Jeff was a very great host and the home itself was very big and comfortable. Very close to downtown. The host communicated very well and was quick to answer any questions I had! Only one con the home was not in the best part of town. Overall I would recommend it you need a big house like this.

Jeff was attentive and responsive from the first time we booked until the day we checked out! We are looking to return to the Nashville area next year and we will be staying at one of Jeff’s properties.

The house was beautiful, spacious and had plenty of beds. We were on a girls trip and we were able to comfortably sit in the kitchen and in the main living space. There is a large garage that we utilized to park our two vehicles. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, bathroom towels and even had shampoo/conditioner and shower soap in the bathrooms, which is a real perk!
