Our stay was great. It is about 4 miles from the base of the mountain, and icy roads made it difficult to get to. Overall 5 ⭐️!

During our stay the AC did not turn on and it was not fixed or looked at until after we left. Management is not on-site or near the location so they would have to reach out to local support. I appreciated them getting back to us in a timely manner. Luckily it had rained so it wasn't too bad. I feel like the owners and/or management company could take care of some basic updates to improve this house however we enjoyed the hot tub, decks, and wildlife. Plenty of space for everyone.

nice big home. worked well for our family reunion. the hot tub didn't work unfortunately but we were able to enjoy walks & inside games.

Overall had a good stay with lots of bed spaces for our larger group to ski at Taos Ski Valley this past weekend. A hot tub is always a nice amenity. It snowed a significant amount the evening we arrived, so definitely need an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive to navigate up the dirt road during the winter months. Unfortunate we were not able to find a shovel and there was a significant amount of snow on the steps/entry area that made the steps very slippery. When we arrived, the dishwasher had food caked on the inside & numerous of the pots had food remaining that needed to be washed prior to use. Lastly, we noticed that it looked like the CO2 in some of the rooms had been removed from the walls.

We were celebrating with friends and there were about 10 of us that stayed in the home. The house was absolutely beautiful and there was a ton of space for all of us. Two of the bedrooms went unused. It is in a beautiful location, very convenient to the Angel Fire ski slopes, and I really can’t say enough positive things about our stay. Most importantly, Vacasa was very responsive and they really went above and beyond to help us out when our vehicle got stuck in the snow (we had 18 inches in the same week we stayed). We sent them a message requesting for recommendations for a tow company and they actually sent someone out free of charge. Josh was incredibly kind and really helped us out/saved us some money from having to call someone out in town. We were blown away by how absolutely wonderful our stay was and we will definitely recommend to friends and will return! Thanks!
