Tom and his family were very kind and helpful. The place was larger than expected. No kitchen but small area with sink and microwave. Large bedroom with King size bed. Large living room with too much furniture🤣Location was very private far back from the busy road. Large area to walk my dogs. I had wished Tom had outside patio furniture as the weather was beautiful and I wanted to relax out in the yard. There was picnic tables to eat outside though. Close to the cute downtown area with plenty of places to eat. Very Very busy area. Thank You Tom and Lily.🩷

As I said, this is a basic place, which worked fine. Plenty of room and privacy. A good value for your money. Planning to stay there again, once I’m in the area~ M~

Overall the property was comfortable and was a good value. The property/lot was very private which worked well for my two dogs. The apartment was very clean, if but a bit spare (concrete floor with area rugs) but was adequately furnished, functional and amenities worked properly. Would suggest more description or pictures of the street approach or landmarks like the storage unit lot and sign at the adjacent driveway when arriving at night. Just having a picture of the house was difficult to find at in the dark. Also helpful to mention the dance studio sign at the front of the lot because that was easier to see from the street than the house further back on the lot. There were no written instructions on AC or thermostat operation (as it wasn't clear if the mini split (AC) also had a heating mode (which it did not). Also I never received instructions or a reply when I asked where the key should be put once I checked out. (I just assumed to leave it back in the lock box.)
