We have a a lovely 2 weeks staying here. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 9, 7 and 4 years. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool was a massive hit with our kids and was warm enough for them to spend most of the day in! The garden is huge and very private, and frequented by lots of wildlife, we saw deer, rabbits, heron and birds of prey. There are lots of easily accessible local amenities within a 5 minute drive. We visited Chateau’s, Beauval zoo, the magic museum at Blois, and local towns which we all enjoyed but the highlight of our trip was lovely restful days at the house itself!

Grande maison très agréable et bien équipée, piscine semi-couverte utilisable même en cas de météo un peu capricieuse, très grand terrain sans vis à vis, au coeur de la Sologne et proche des châteaux de la Loire. Florian est un hôte chaleureux et très réactif en cas de besoin.

Do not hesitate to stay here if you are looking for a place to totally unwind! It is a home from home from a well equipped kitchen, huge comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic pool. There is a supermarket 2 mins away with everything you could possibly dream of to prepare at the house. The view from the patio is very restful with the gentle sofa IDs frogs and crickets at night. It is near a fairly busy road but it didn’t disturb us at all. There is a gorgeous Boulangerie called Pâtisserie "Feuillette" with the most amazing bread, cakes and savoury pastries 4 mins drive away, we really enjoyed getting our daily bread and croissants there. Florian was an extremely friendly and helpful host. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We used the property for work purpose. Perfect relaxation after work and enough space internally as well as external. The pool was warm and a bath after work was always very welcome. By now there are three bathrooms available which was great. The host is very friendly and flexible to make the stay pretty and comfortable.

We had a wonderful three weeks in Florian’s lovely house. It worked very well for our family group and we enjoyed the view, well-equipped kitchen, pool and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms in particular. Florian was extremely helpful and responsive throughout.
