The house is exactly as described and Katerina was a wonderful hostess. The welcome pack was a huge help and she was in hand throughout via the air B&B platform. The beach across the road is very handy and the sea is easy to enter and exit. It is worth a visit into Kini and other holiday areas as you see a different side to the island. We were there in mid September and to be fair the only thing open was the Taverna, even the little shop was closed so you really need a car or regular buses to collect supplies and for days out.

We loved staying at Katerina's as it felt homy and it was close to the beach. In the evening you can hear the waves, we felt safe and had lots of room both in the bedrooms, kitchen and patio. She is a great hostess and even had a beach umbrella for us, although a couple of chairs would have been ideal. We could have asked if we could take the patio chairs to the beach. She went out of her way to wait for the late ferry, drive us over, explain everything, have a great basket and even fresh eggs. All morning basics were there. She communicated well and was available whenever we messaged her. We highly recommend this home and hostess. We shall miss the visiting kitties and wished for a longer stay next time.

I don’t even know where to begin to explain how amazing this place is. Katerina was the most incredible host with helpful knowledge and so kind to our kids. You are literally steps from one of the best beaches on the island (especially if you have small kids as the water is so calm in the bay). There’s a brilliant beach bar with loungers and the staff there are so kind. The house was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was so comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything from washing machine to beach toys! The front terrace was an amazing space to eat and relax (and keep children contained!). We had hired a car and explored Syros and absolutely loved it but couldn’t find anywhere else we would rather be. We cannot recommend this amazing house enough- absolutely nothing negative to say. Best holiday ever!!!!!

la maison de Katerina est agréable. elle parfaitement fonctionnelle avec des enfants petits. Nous y étions avec des enfants de 2 et 3 ans. C'était absolument parfait, de la vaisselle eux, des équipements pour les petits, des jouets. Les enfants se sont trouvés tout suite bien et nous aussi. les chambres sont grandes, la literie hyper confortable. La climatisation bienvenue avec la canicule. la plage à 20m ... superbe mais un peu la guerre avec les locaux pour obtenir un emplacement à l'ombre mais quand vous êtes arrivés les 1er ! la maison est légèrement bruyante comme n'êtes pas habitué aux bruits de la ville mais avec des boules quies tout allait bien. En juillet peu bus pour se déplacer le matin.. sans voiture nous n'avons accès à peu de choses. Sur place il y a juste un minuscule market, nous avons dû prévoir un aller retour sur Ermoupouli pour faire les courses. 1 semaine de vacances en juillet tout à fait paisible et reposante.
