The property is excellent but needs intensive maintenance and planning to equip and furnish suitable to host visitors. The host Mr. Jawwad is very responsive and was advised to take personal care to facilitate few easily manageable utilities and services

The place is very spacious and clean. The in house caretaker maintained everything very well and was helpful with the late night checkin as well. Overall a very nice experience. Thank you Jawwad

The villa is located near to main road. Easy to find. Amazing flexible host. Good price as well. They provided extra beds as well before we asked. A water can and gas provision is there. Have no complaints about this villa. Friends Family or relatives can opt without doubt.

Did not have a good experience here. The owner failed to mention that the villa I booked (the one in the pictures) was unavailable due to the caretaker leaving a whole week before, and we were led to a smaller villa with a cement front yard and no privacy, as there were tall buildings all around the villa. The grass backyard seen in the pictures was nowhere to be found. When we tried to go to the place we originally booked, the entire place was unmaintained and smelled incredibly bad; plates with half eaten food still on the table, and we were told the sheets hadn't been washed since the last visitor, who had also brought a dog which was causing the smell. We had to go back to the smaller villa, and the next day I got a text about a railing we apparently broke; when I told the owner I had a video of the house proving we didn't do anything to his railing and to send me a picture, he said it was just a small gap and that it was okay; I'm inclined to believe it was a way to collect damages. All in all, I would not stay here again, both for the reasons mentioned above and because the house is a lot smaller than you'd expect.
