Jayson is a friendly host, responsive to all questions. The only thing about the place is the bathroom needs a bit of cleaning and the kitchen sink doesn’t drain properly. Apart from that, the place is great.

A great condo near malls and restaurants. Clean gated community with a pool and the best part of the trip for me was the WiFi in the condo. Great!

This is a very nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo very close to the SM Fairview mall. The property is very well maintained , good security, nice office people and a quiet location. It has AC in both bedrooms and one in the main living area. Comfortable furnishings and Jayson is a wonderful host. He responds quickly and knows all the details of the condo (e.g. I was unfamiliar with how the gas worked on the stove -- I messaged him and he was responded quickly and in a way I could understand) -- really a great guy.
