We had a week stay and this house is fantastic. It’s gone from home, everything you need and they provide even more in little extras little wet suits/ beach toys/ game/ etc so perfect for families and friends alike. Location is Wow and just what we wanted. You definitely pay a premium for location and convenience but it’s worth it. The only slight snag is a bit of building work taking place next door which means sometimes a slight delay in exiting and returning to property. This was only more of an issue as o my mum was recovering from a hip replacement so walking was an issue. However this is not a permanent issue and will be finished soon. Overall amazing holiday

This is a great house in a fantastic location. The direct beach access is awesome. We had seen some notes about the building work going on next to the house - our personal experience of this was fine, but there wasn’t a huge amount of works going on when we were there. We were only blocked in once, and when we were the builders kindly moved when we asked them to. All in all, we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a 60 th birthday,9 adults plus small dog.The accommodation was perfect, plenty of space for everyone, great kitchen and large comfortable lounge. The views in the morning, eating breakfast looking out over beach were amazing. We stayed bonfire weekend and stood out on large veranda watching fireworks across the bay!! Would definitely stay here again, everything you need is few minutes walk away i.e shops cafes pubs
