My evaluation with 3 stars is the average of the evaluation of Anja’s care towards the hosts, which certainly deserves 5 stars, and that of the apartment itself which is 1 or 2 stars maximum. The apartment is quite large, but it does not seem to be much maintained, and has a number of downsides such as dirty or unpainted walls and ceilings, old fixtures, a small kitchen and two bathrooms without windows or aeration. It is clear that the structure originally had another purpose (was likely an office) and has then been adapted to become an apartment, without however satisfactorily reaching the objective. For instance I see it hard to have 7 persons hosted in the apartment, as declared in the advertisement: it is true that there are 5 bedrooms (one without windows however) but the hosts will then have little space to stay together (there is no real living room) and will have to deal with cooking in a tiny kitchen with only with 2 hotplates and a small oven. We were six persons and we barely managed to fix our meals. Perhaps we were expecting too much from the accommodation (also given its low price), but we have been deluded anyway. On the other hand, Aija has done her best to make us more comfortable during our stay, for instance providing more chairs and creating more space for the dining table by moving a couch.

Aija is a perfect host & house owner :-) she gave us very useful directions & advice before and during our staying. She was taking care of the guests. The contact was quick and nice. The place is surrounded by a very pleasant envirionment and close to nature. It is good for business purposes as well as for family stay. We can recommmend the place wit no doubt.
