Overall my stay was okay… i was here for about 2 months and communication isn’t the quickest, the WiFi drops often, and the sink in the balcony leaks all the dirty water on to the balcony floor (greasy water from washing dishes) and i was told it can’t be fixed so i have to just use it like that, so my feet r nasty every time i have to do dishes…. There was no dish soap or useable scrub, no shampoo/ soap / hair dryer , the rugs were pretty disgusting (definitely not washed). These r little things (besides the sink leaking on the balcony) that u can just deal with but just not issues i had to deal with using Airbnb before. I still recommend cuz it’s a great location and price isn’t that bad, but just note the few areas that lack and if ur ok with that, it’s a good choice!

You couldn't pay me to stay here again. I booked 7 weeks and had issues day 1. By day 8, I requested to move ASAP, with hopefully some sort of refund given i'd only stayed 8 days out of 51. Owners solution- stay the whole 7 weeks and get 10% refund. So I turned to Airbnb support, who saved me! Pros: 1. Great location 2. Apartment is clean, bathroom is new and bed is comfortable Cons: 1. Worst construction noise I've ever heard in my life, daily, 830-5. Drills, saws, jackhammers, tiles breaking and smashing into concrete on my and several other floors. The owners claimed to know nothing about it, but you can literally hear the noise from outside, so their claim was confusing 2. WIFI dropped for hours a day, several times a week. When working, my calls dropped 9+ times in an hour 3. No amenities upon arrival. No toilet paper, towels, sheets, soap, garbage bags, knives in the kitchen or even a pot to cook rice 4. No cover around outdoor kitchen and the pigeons love to poo in the sink

Ro's room exactly same to the pictures on the airbnb. just a little bit old furnitures. His co-worker (family) helped me check in, very kindly.

Ro was a fantastic host, and the apartment was great. Excellent location with lots of restaraunts and shopping nearby. Laundry downstairs is quick and cheap. Will definitely stay here again!
