Stunning renovated spacious luxury one bedroom 2nd floor apartment 55 m2, with high ceilings 3.6 mètres , solid stone floors and panoramic rooftop terrace with exceptional 365 degrees views of the town and sea in quiet and central location. The air conditioned 25 m2 bedroom has a king size four poster bed with a quality 22 cm mattress ( 180 x 200 ) and private balcony. The sitting room has a small winter kitchen with hob and a small fridge. The rooftop kitchen is fully equipped and table for 6. Guests have the whole use of the apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. Do look at the plan in the images to understand the space ! The bedroom is spacious with high quality double glazing on both windows aswell as wooden shutters and metal blinds and the 3.25 high ceiling a plus aswell as the private balcony east facing with partial sea view.The bathroom and sitting room are light and south facing. The terrace kitchen is fully equipped including oven fridge and dishwasher and you can have dinner for six under the loggia with white painted bamboo roof and enjoy the apero on the very comfortable outside chairs and sofa or use the two cushioned sun loungers. We would ask you just to water the plants 🪴

Stylish accommodation with a fantastic roof terrace with far reaching views. A very quiet location only a few minutes walk from the Piazza del Liberta. Easy, free parking nearby at this time of year.

If you’ve looked at the professional photos and wondered what this place is REALLY like, well, it’s like the photos! Paul’s eye for detail in establishing this accommodation is exceptional. Furnishings and equipment provided are of a high quality and there are some thoughtful considerations: little bowls for your olive stones, rechargeable LED table lamps, a Bose portable Bluetooth speaker (although I did bring my own). Well, they made a difference to me. Very close to the centre of the rabbit warren of streets that is the gorgeous Ostuni, we loved our stay. A comfortable bed and good shower capped it off. One tip: don’t be a silly British tourist in a car like me. Don’t drive through the no traffic zone sections when they display a Red Cross. Awaiting a big fine when I drop the hire car back…

Perfect location for walking everywhere. Lots of space - rooftop deck and rooftop kitchen are fabulous - great for eating in and / or watching the sunset. Paul was very informative and very responsive to any requests. Highly recommend this place 😊

Only 200 metres from the main square but very quiet and tucked away and there is a cut through to the gardens - the oldest bakery in OSTUNI and pharmacy local shop and supermarket close by aswell as the restaurants
