Salvador and his wife Theresa were extremely welcoming and lovely. They were extremely responsive and gave great recommendations. Loved the location in Playacar. Easy to get a taxi across the street at the Reef. Beach only a few minutes walk and pools are refreshing. The studio is very charming. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved staying at Salvador’s beautiful home! Very clean and the area was perfect for us who prefer a more private atmosphere. Very close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed with Salvador & Teresa in Playa del Carmen for two days, & our experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Both of them went out of their way to show us around the house & the neighborhood, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the beach & other local attractions. His efforts to ensure our comfort were truly exceptional. A special mention to Teresa as well, who was equally friendly and hospitable. As a thoughtful gesture, they gave us a lovely baby gift since my wife is expecting. This kind act made our stay even more memorable. Their hospitality, kindness, & the homely atmosphere they create are beyond compare. We had a wonderful time & would love to stay with them again. I highly recommend staying with Salvador & Teresa, not just for the great accommodation but for the enriching experience they provide.

Salvador and Teresa were amazing. They were very accommodating. Very cozy place to stay just steps away from the beach. They gave great attention to detail, from tiny soaps and shampoos to bottles of water on each side of the bed. They were very friendly and offered local suggestions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Playacar. We felt safe and at home. Salvador and Teresa were excellent hosts .They made our stay one that we hope to repeat again. Their studio is cozy and clean.The area is peaceful and secure. The location is less than five minutes from an excellent beach which is a walkers delight . It is a 20 minute walk from the main beaches of Playa del Carmen. We have no hesitation in recommending this location to friends and family . The weather is as good as it gets and the walk to Playa del Carmen to enjoy the shopping and the night life is 20 minutes away. Taxis are easily accessible and inexpensive .
