Great host, excellent communication, easy check-in. Villa in a peaceful estate with a pretty private garden with nice seating, and nice communal garden with a lovely pool and children’s playground. There’s also another playground a short walk away. Bedrooms and bathroom nice and the whole place is very clean. The kitchen could do with a bit of modernising and the villa did not feel as ‘luxury’ as the price tag, hence the 4*s not 5*. Excellent location, minutes from Faros beach which has a couple of restaurants and is a nice, quiet beach. Short drive from the centres of Pervolia and Kiti (& of course Larnaca) which all have excellent amenities. Kiti Square has 2 nice bars & is a fun square for kids to run around in. Really well equipped for children with everything you could need (bunk beds, cot, buggy, high chair, booster seat, stair gate, bed guard & a few garden toys). Ideal for our toddler. Overall a good choice for families.

Nikos is very nice and helpful person. In case any issues or questions, he acts immediately. We can higly recommend his apartament, it is very clean, spacious and in very nice place. It is a great place to explore Cyprus.
