Very quiet, and inspiring. The beautiful natural surroundings are both invigorating and incentivizing. Haven't wanted to walk in a long time. My cancer didn't mind the chill. Never heard any animals. Not really any overhead noise. Cooking was a breeze, I appreciated every note. They sent us off with huge, fresh cinnamon rolls. Greeted us w treats and wine. Will stay again, definitely recommend. If I had any criticism, I'd say the bedroom needs a TV. The furniture is nice, but my old cancer bones had trouble getting up and down. The fireplace makes it worth it. We have to be totally flagged on AB'nB for door shenanigans... Just like the last host they came right on out and didn't make us feel any sillier than we already did. This, this is the place dream couples vacations are made of. Thx, Tim & Mark😷🥰😘²

A Blissful Retreat with an Amazing Host! Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing hot tub - it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the area. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you to our fantastic host for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect getaway weekend for couples to relax. Very peaceful, quiet, beautiful view of the lake. The hot tub was amazing. I have no complaints. Markus and Tim were great host.

My mother and I visited this romantic getaway lol…. I still very much enjoyed the private entrance that Markus and Tim so graciously let us share for the weekend. So I guess you could say it’s fun for a girls weekend as well. During our stay we visited a seafood place in downtown paw paw and ended the night sitting in the hot tub enjoying the snow fall. So even visiting during the winter time can be breathtaking! I’m also such a wine girl so all the wineries were a must! You have two about 15 minutes down the road in paw paw. And as most have recommended you must go to wood fire…. The food is nothing like you’ve ever tasted before. Such unique flavors. Loved every bit of this weekend!

This is the perfect romantic getaway location!! Absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful, relaxing trip and felt very comfortable in the home. Markus and Tim have thought of everything and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. We are already wanting to plan another trip once the weather gets warmer and I can’t wait to see their beautiful yard in full bloom.
