A great spot close to everything in the area. Our family loved the space, our kiddos ran through claiming everything was so cute and I agree it was sweet and tidy and comfy! Loved the washer dryer and if it had been warmer the outside space would have been great.

The Lemmon house was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and serving sets. Bed linens were soft and warm (we traveled in March). Plenty of extra towels and blankets. House is as described - great for a family of four. Hosts are mindful - they had charging stations in rooms for USB cords. Great central location in a cute town with plenty of places to eat and a great small town feel. Host was proactive. We didn't have any issues while staying. We took long day trips so we didn't hang out at the house - but there was a back porch that I wish we were able to enjoy more. We were able to do some trails near Hurricane, see the North rim of the Grand Canyon (approx 1.5 hours) and Bryce Canyon (approx 2 hours).

this was a very quaint property with lots of History. I enjoyed reading about the property and the unique history of its past. it was a great location for us to visit Zion National Park. We also did a loop to Coral sands sand dunes and to Kanab. We were able to complete the loop call me back through Zion National Park through the East entrance at sunset and it was absolutely gorgeous. it was a great trip and the Lemmon house was perfect for our needs.

Great value given size, kitchen, 3 beds, and location within distance to Zion and Red Reef Cliffs. Mike was communicative and we appreciated the gift card to River Rock Coffee (definitely recommend), pantry essentials and complementary waters. We walked to Main Street Cafe for dinner one night (4 blocks) which was nice comfort food and friendly staff. Would book again.
