It is a three bedrooms house with one dining room and a living room. It located in a very convenient and quiet street. There is a bus stop to City Centre just downstairs. The stop of No. 2, 18, 34 to Massey university, Victoria university, Wellington railway station, city Centre, kilbirnie and Miramar. 5minis walk to the bus stops. There are two supermarkets with reasonable price near to the house. Fish and chip, Indian and Thai takeaways just around the corner. Totally four people share the kitchen, separated bathroom and toilet. We have a friendly puppy live in living room. You might hear her “ say Hello”. Check in time 2pm. Check out time is 10am. There is a dehumidifier and heater in the room. Please just simply turn the dehumidifier off if you think it is too loud. All the electrical outlets, especially the heater should be turned off if you leave the house for the safety reasons.
