I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the room had a big window, a fan (I visited during a heatwave - 35° during the day), and it was very clean and quiet. My sleep quality was therefore excellent :) The house owner takes care of the house, everything is clean. I had nice conversations and learned a lot about Lugano - that was very helpful. The bus stop is a 5min walk from the home, and a big supermarket (Coop) is a 2min walk away. With the bus, it took me 10mins to go to the city center - the location of the AirBnB is really great! Overall, I would definitely come back here for my next visit in Lugano!!! It was a perfect place to stay - thank you!

Very nice and comfortable house, well located in a nice neighborhood, safety and well connected by bus with the center and the Lugano lake. The owners are very helpful and take care of everything for you to be Happy!!!

La casa è splendida e Ana Maria un’ospite premurosa e precisa. Pulizia perfetta, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e grande cucina a disposizione. Tenete conto però che le abitudini sono quelle di una brasiliana :) quindi se non amate il caldo eccessivo di notte, fatelo presente e mettetevi d’accordo sul riscaldamento o avrete in stanza una temperatura decisamente sopra i 20 gradi. Un alloggio che consiglio comunque per la posizione tranquilla ma pratica, e per conoscere la padrona di casa, davvero simpatica e gentile!

Giacomo's house is definitely the most stylish I ever been in and all the experience was special. The house is clean, in a good location (15-20 minutes with the bus from the center, under 1 hour walking distance), and in a very beautiful area. It is also 2 minutes walking by the supermarket. The host was hopefully (she accepted an earlier check-in and was kind enough to give me a ride when I come and when I left). She also took care of me to provide me with coins for the bus. The room is nice, clean, quiet with a very good bed. I had a very good experience at Lugano, in Giacomo's house and I really hope to go back for explore more the montages. I definitely recommend.
