Ben wel tevreden met het huis maar vind wel dat er wat onderhoud gepleegd mag worden. Zoals het toegangspad daar ontbreken spontaan wat plavuizen. Zwembad ontbreken wat tegels of staan op het punt eraf te vallen. In het huis staan vochtvreters is ook wel nodig. Zijn allemaal kleine dingen maar had dit niet verwacht bij dit huis. Verder ontbreekt het je aan niets alles is in ruime mate aanwezig. Handdoeken waren ook goed verzorgt zaten daar met 12 man en hebben het goed naar ons zin gehad. Dus gewoon even wat onderhoud en we gaan het zeker weer boeken.

Mickael was very responsive whenever we had any questions, used ubers to get to the mariana restaurants and bars which takes about 15 mins, perfect for my friends hen do - thanks! (if the electricity goes out it just needs to be switched back on from the box just outside the gate and down the road)

9 of us stayed at the villa for a week in July. On the lead up to the trip, Mickael was easy to contact and offered us the option to hire beach towels and be picked up from the airport. Check-in and check-out were easy, although we did have a struggle trying to lock the main door. The villa was clean and exactly as described. There was a small issue with ants in the kitchen and bathroom but we messaged Mickael and he came the next day with insect spray which solved the problem. All of the rooms have aircon apart from one room. 2 fans were left in this room for us but it was still quite warm. The front door has to be shut when you have the aircon running as the electrics trip and you have to go down the road to put them back on. This happened several times to us, even when the door was closed. The area is quiet and the villa offers a good level of privacy. Supermarket is a 5 minute uphill walk and Benalmadena town is a 10 minute Uber for about €10.

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa had everything we needed. The supermarkets were a couple of minutes walk and the beach was just over 30 minutes but there is a bus stop outside and getting an Uber was easy and cheap. The host gave us recommendations of clubs and things to do. There are also cable cars and the train station close by. The response time was very fast. All 9 of us had a fabulous time. Would definitely stay here again.

Todo muy bien. Estuvimos muy agusto, la piscina y los exteriores una pasada.
