Amamos muito a hospedagem !! Ficamos 7 dias e posso dizer que foi muito bom, o Afonso e muito comunicativo, nos mandou vários lugares como referência pra ir e o apartamento e perto de tudo !! O ambiente estava limpo, arrumado. Recomendamos !!

Our stay in Alfonso’s apartment was very nice! The location is very close to the airport and local metro so it was very convenient. There are some great restaurants and local shops that made our experience very interesting as we were exploring different areas of Lisbon. The Street is a bit grungy and noisy as it’s a two way major street. But once we got to know the area better it felt safe and was eclectic. We didn’t realise it was a four floor walk up so it was tough as we did not plan our bags accordingly. But otherwise it’s a comfortable sweet little room with nice big bathroom:) Thanks Alfonso for your prompt responses to the problems we had!

Where do I even start? Upon check in, we noticed the apartment was in a very bad shape. There was black hairs everywhere, including the bathtub, the floors and the bed. Stains on the table and a smelly fridge. Communication with the host was terrible and he doesn’t respect your privacy, showing up at your door without any warning. We ended up having to leave and pay for another stay with no reimbursement. Biggest regret was booking this place! I don’t recommend this host or his accommodation.

Super sejour avec mes copines a Lisbonne. Les points positifs : logement super bien placé, un arret de bus juste en bas et le metro a 5min a pied. Nous avons eu de la part de l’hote une liste de recommandation de lieux à visiter et de restaurants locaux pas loin de l’appartement. L’appartement etait correcte niveau propreté. Nous avons eu a disposition un ventilateur. Gentil geste de l’hote : Nous devions quitter l’appartement pour 11h mais ayant notre vol à 19h, nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans l’appartement avant notre depart a l’aéroport. Points negatifs : Nous n’avons pas vu l’hote, les clefs etaient a recuperer dans une boite. Nous aurions aimé avoir un fer à repasser comme ecrit dans l’annonce. L’appartement se situe au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Attention il n’y a pas de micro onde dans l’appart, ne prevoyez pas de chauffer des plats. A part ca notre sejour s’est tres bien passé, nous recommandons ce logement ! (Attention un peu serré si vous êtes 3, idéal pour 2 personnes)

Everything was perfect! The communication was on point, he took the time to send us food places and monuments that we should visit, and we did! The apartment was very tidy and clean, it looked very carefully taken care of, so we appreciated it. The only downside was that it's a 4th floor and we were carrying a heavy suitcase. The street was also quite noisy, but it wasn't much of a problem. Other than that, we would come here again. Thanks for everything!
