Great place to stay for a week long hunt. We met the owners the first morning and they were very friendly and helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay there again. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Waterfront Monticello House. The house is very cute, spacious, and well laid out for spending time together. There are 2 floors and different spaces which was great for staying with our son and also for my wife to work remote one day. But the real star is the outdoor space. There are multiple outdoor spaces to spend time, including a nice patio with a table that fit us all for dinners, lunches and just space to sit and talk. We spent every moment we could down by the water among the beautiful garden enjoying the wildlife, and spent nights talking around the fire pit. And on top of this there was enough space to play soccer with our son. We will be back to stay again in the future.

Perfect place for us to stay for Purdue Family weekend. Close enough for us to be able to see our son but also far away enough that we were able to do a few things on our own and have downtime not in the middle of a college town! Beautiful place and peaceful

The hosts were so nice and lovely to talk to. The house is so lovely and nicely decorated, with plenty of blankets, pillows, sleeping areas, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, dishes, etc. We had so much space to play the lawn games available and had dock access to fish. While we did go to Indiana Beach as planned, we could have stayed here the whole time and been just as happy! We really created some memories here that we will forever cherish. Additionally, they were so kind to our Cane Corso, Hank and that’s a big plus in our book. Thank you!
