This is one of the most beautiful homes that I've stayed in. We rented the main home and also the basement unit for our Wedding weekend. It was perfect for getting ready the morning of my wedding and so nice to have my bridesmaids stay with me. The location is so beautiful with the walking trail and the ocean right behind. Asetha was a pleasure to deal with when it came to booking and with any questions we had that weekend. I can't say enough good things about this location and Asetha.

Asethas place was amazing. Very calming atmosphere right on the water and you couldn’t ask to be any closer to walking trails. Literally right off the yard. There were lots of nice touches and it was very clean. It had a surprising amount of windows and light for a basement apartment which was really nice. Asetha was friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotless and cozy. Everything you need to be comfortable during your stay is provided, including some special treats. Asetha is a welcoming host who will go above and beyond to ensure that you do not go without. The location is fantastic. Outside the city, but close to all the necessary amenities and looking out on Conception Bay. And you are just feet away from a well-maintained walking trail where the railway bed used to lie that stretches for several kilometers along the shore. It’s the perfect location to enjoy a beautiful sunset, the waves breaking on the shore, and the sound of seabirds.

We stayed 6 nights. A lovely location with beautiful views. The space was beyond clean and had everything we needed. Asetha was a wonderful host and provided the most thoughtful touches and treats. Check in was a breeze and we didn’t feel rushed to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place is outstanding! We would definitely recommend it. Check in was a breeze, Asetha was easy to get in touch with if we had questions, but we had privacy. The location is great, right next to Conception Bay. The whales even made an appearance our first morning! We will be back.
